Higher education projects have been part of Kings Electric Services for decades. Projects range from minor renovations at existing schools to construction of new schools. These projects are known to require condensed timelines and very strict budgets.
Health Care
Kings Electric Services has a long-standing relationship with assisted-living facilities. Our experience runs deep, and we’ve completed the design-build for over a dozen such facilities.
Our work has included the design and installation of the electrical systems. Due to the nature of these facilities, they require a higher level of life-safety systems—adding another level of complexity to the project.
High Rise Residential

Industrial Manufacturing
Kings Electric has served many industrial manufacturing clients.
Our portfolio includes new process/ expanded process construction, as well as preventive maintenance and emergency response maintenance, in specialties such as:
- Aggregate process and conveyance.
- Metal plating.
- Foundry facilities.
- Coal storage/processing and conveyance.
- Heavy equipment customization for military contracted work.
Kings Electric has experience migrating legacy systems to state-of-the-art automated systems. We also fabricate control panels and are able to test and commission simple to elaborate controls and instrumentation systems.
Because they are hazardous atmospheres, many of the facilities require awareness and implementation of specific methods and materials—expertise which we have.
Food processing
Kings Electric has years of experience in the food processing industry. This includes expertise with the provision and installation of electrical distribution, power, and controls in both hazardous and non-hazardous environments.
These facilities require a high standard of GMP to be industry-compliant and keep the public trust. As a contractor, we are very conscious of our role in helping to meet that standard. We are especially well-versed with policies and procedures for meat processing and large production bakeries. We know the importance of keeping personal attire, PPE, and tools and equipment clean and in good working order.

Pharmaceutical
Kings Electric has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for decades.
This work includes clean rooms, laboratories, process rooms, and fill lines for both sterile injectables and oral solid dose tablets. It involves electrical distribution from 120 volt to 15KV, and installation, wiring, and pneumatic tubing for various instruments and process controls. Our work includes field wiring, as well as PLC cabinet fabrication and wiring.
We also have extensive experience working in hazardous locations.
